• Academic & Identity Records: Educational qualifications, marksheets, caste/category certificates, photograph, and identity proof documents during admission.

Collected information is used exclusively for:

• Processing admission applications, screening tests, and enrollment verifications.
• Issuing admit cards, student ID cards, fee receipts, and test performance reports.
• Dispatching official communications, lecture schedules, OTP verifications, and system alerts via SMS/Email.
• Maintaining statutory compliance, audit integrity, and institutional safety.

3. Data Protection & Security

All sensitive records and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography. Access to personal candidate data is restricted strictly to authorized institutional officials under strict role-based access control (RBAC).

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may only be shared with authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay/PhonePe) for secure transaction processing or when required by statutory regulatory bodies.
